Tracy is also currently in the distance: it takes until the end of this week, a lecturer of Beijing Sport University true, what we of course met with great pride. The university has hired Tracy for this winter semester as a lecturer in Nordic Walking. Full of excitement I've been waiting on photos from around Beijing with poles flexing Chinese ... J
New Courses with Tracy Davis from Monday 26 October 2009

A special highlight for all yoga enthusiasts and early birds: In addition to her classes offers Tracy now, Wednesdays from 6 bis 7 clock (just yes, meant 6 clock in the morning!) A hour of yoga on.

Starting at Uli Rosen: Second week of January 2010
Because in just a few days our Chinese masters in Daoyin center as guest and me November will take on the whole, my new classes start again until the new year. events: Gong meditation on 22 October 2009 by 19 clock
On Thursday 22 October 2009, at 19:00 clock organize in cooperation with yoga teacher and therapist Matthias Höber a Gong Gong meditation. Matthew is our first with a powerful set Yoga Meditation on the mood, then we can in the supine position of the relaxing effect of the vibration and give Gong.

Master Seminar with Dr. Feng Yijian
This year we have Dr. Feng again the honor of his visit and teaches at
weekend 7 / 8 November, the middle stage of moving forms of Neiyanggong. The seminar
is for beginners and advanced users. You can find exact information

Massage with Dr. Feng Yijian
I am particularly pleased that this year we again were able to convince Dr. Feng ,
our pupils and students we drink and the special treat of its traditional Tuina Massage
. The massage lasts about 45 minutes and is clothed and lying performed
. Tuina is the large, ancient Chinese sister of perhaps better-known Japanese
shiatsu massage. During the massage, the flow of qi throughout the body by various
manual techniques to the acupuncture points and meridians of Qi is stimulated. With Dr. Feng can

Together with our partners in health TAO Park be dedicated to tomorrow, Sunday the question of the role, consequences and coping with stress in daily life. Tai Chi Vertiefertag
On Sunday, 3rd May, the Sunday of the Spring Festival, we practice from 9:30 bis 17 clock for a whole day Taijiquan (lunch break from 12:30 bis 14 clock). Neiyang Gong Vertiefertag
On Sunday, 3rd May, the Sunday of the Spring Festival, we offer the possibility of the movements and deepening forms of Neiyang Gong of 17 bis 20 clock. Daoyin Center Newsletter: Qingming Festival
Ladies and Gentlemen,
dear friends and friends of the Chinese arts,
the most comfortable advantage you have when you live in two cultures, in that the Holidays to celebrate BOTH cultures. Today celebrates the world of our Chinese friends, the Qingming Festival, one of the highest holidays of the year, which is in the People's Republic of China official holiday.
Qingming Festival on 4 April 2009
seems with it, as would follow the Qingming Festival the pervasive idea of Yin and Yang:
On the one hand, Qingming's official All Souls' Day, roughly comparable to our All Souls Day. The family gets together and commemorate the ancestors. The graves are swept and decorated, candles are lit and all sorts of paper goods, like cars, shoes and money are burned to meet the ancestors in the afterlife are available.
On the other hand, Qingming also marked the beginning of spring, as it always falls in early April. As with us since the rise Last Friday here in general, the temperatures and the climate is friendlier. The fields are again ready to Aussaht and farm life cycle begins again.

Meditation & cinema on Sunday 5 April 2009
To kick off the school holidays we offer on Sunday evening, 5 April 18 to 22 clock in the center of Daoyin Neuhäuser Straße 34 an introduction to sitting meditation at the Daoyin. The event is independent of the previous events and can be visited by anyone.
We start the evening with some qigong exercises to arrive. Subsequently, Uli Rose an introduction to sitting meditation of Daoyin. We practice exercises of silence, attention focusing and the empty, mostly sitting. The topic of the conversation between the pulses based units will be the central demand of meditation for 'presence in the moment ". Previous experience or special skills are required.

like every year I would like you to the birthday of our revered master, together with My congratulations to enclose a thought, typical for him is.
Prof. Zhang Guangde is celebrating his 79th Birthday - we are looking forward to March 2010, when we his 80th may commit. Presumably we will be traveling with a group of students to Beijing to train with him and eat. Guess which part I am more ... J
During the first weekend that I visited with Professor Zhang, occurred a memorable scene that is me today at practice again come to mind:
